Lauren has spent her career helping leaders, brands and talent make their mark. A seasoned entrepreneur and a recognized industry thought partner, Lauren has spoken publicly on the importance of talent and cultural ecosystems as the critical unlock for brands, culture, and people to succeed in our modern world. In addition to her work at LOTKA&Co., Lauren is also an investor and advisor to MAKE and a Creative Leader and Partner at Neol, an emerging talent platform and community-powered by KYU Collective.

Meghan McBrearty

With over a decade of experience, Meghan is a dynamic professional who empowers executives and teams, driving organizational efficiency and unleashing true business potential. Her exceptional talent for fostering teamwork and cohesion, even in remote and global environments, sets her apart, as does her ability to strategize and execute challenging business needs. Drawing from a diverse background across industries and notable companies such as ESPN, Crane&Co., and Harvest Partners, Meghan brings invaluable expertise to the table.
